Strawberry and coconut smoothieThis smoothie gives you a refreshing start to a warm summer’s morning. It’s light and creamy at the same time – and super delicious!
At the time of writing this recipe CO YO natural coconut yogurt is available in the UK and Australia (have a look at their website to see where you can buy it). 1 medium pot (200 g) CO YO natural coconut yogurt 500 g (1 ½ cups) strawberries Sweet Freedom (agave nectar) to taste 1. Wash and hull the strawberries. 2. Place them and the CO YO in a blender and blitz until smooth. 3. Taste and add as much sweetener as needed. 4. Serve cold. Try something different You can use other fruit instead of strawberries. For example, a tropical fruit mix of mangos and bananas go well with coconut. Copyright © Tarja Moles.
