Strawberry and coconut smoothie
This smoothie gives you a refreshing start to a warm summer’s morning. It’s light and creamy at the same time – and super delicious!
At the time of writing this recipe CO YO natural coconut yogurt is available in the UK and Australia (have a look at their website to see where you can buy it).
1 medium pot (200 g) CO YO natural coconut yogurt
500 g (1 ½ cups) strawberries
Sweet Freedom (agave nectar) to taste
1. Wash and hull the strawberries.
2. Place them and the CO YO in a blender and blitz until smooth.
3. Taste and add as much sweetener as needed.
4. Serve cold.
Try something different
You can use other fruit instead of strawberries. For example, a tropical fruit mix of mangos and bananas go well with coconut.
