Choc Shot - sugar-free liquid chocolate
Fancy some hot chocolate but want it without refined sugar? Want to make some chocolate treats but can’t be bothered to melt the chocolate? Choc Shot, liquid chocolate belonging to the ‘Sweet Freedom’-family, is the answer.
Although it’s advertised as liquid hot chocolate, you can also use it in baking, to replace chocolate and sweetener. It also works well as a chocolate sauce and it’s great with ice cream or fruit. For example, if you’re feeling lazy, you could make No Naughties’® poached pears with mint chocolate sauce by using Choc Shot: just mix a drop or two of peppermint extract into the Choc Shot and your minty chocolate sauce is ready!
Choc Shot is 100% natural and it’s made from apple, grapes, carob, water, cocoa, rapeseed oil and natural chocolate flavour. It has no artificial colouring, flavourings or preservatives and it’s suitable for vegans.
Choc Shot is widely available in most large UK supermarkets. You can find it in the hot chocolate aisle. You can also buy it in Australia.
